Article tools can skyrocket the results you are getting from your article marketing campaigns. If you are still doing everything manually it is kind of like trying to get from New York to California by walking. Sure, you might eventually get there, but it doesn’t make sense if you can afford transportation.
If you were only allowed to take part in one search engine optimization technique, you should be getting backlinks to your website. The term backlink, simply means a link coming from anywhere but the same website. The more of them you can get, the better your site will generally be treated by the various search engines.
There are caveats, like, do not get them all at once. Also, get one way links, not reciprocal links. If you link back to the site that links to you, they cancel each other out. And always use anchor text. For instance, do not use, Click HERE. Take the keywords you discovered in your research, and use them as your backlinks.
If, for instance, you have a site in the shoe niche, you could use RED TENNIS SHOES as the backlink. That way, whenever someone did a search for that term, your website would get a lot better listing than if you did not have that particular backlink. So now the question is, how are you going to get other websites to let you publish your backlinks?
Of course, you are going to get that done with your article marketing. Of all the benefits of publishing articles, compiling backlinks is the most valuable. So write articles and submit them to various article directories. In the author’s resource box, at the end of each article, link to your website, using keywords.
By the way, even if you do not yet have your own website, you should use article marketing (often called, bum marketing), as a way to drive targeted, evergreen traffic to your affiliate sites. Once you get some articles that make it to page one, the way to keep them there, and move them toward the top, is by publishing new articles. (However, instead of linking to your affiliate pages, you will link to your highly ranked articles.)
Whether you are striving to get your websites, or your currently published articles, to the top of the first page of search results; if you do not have the right article tools and go about it correctly, your time and effort will go largely unrewarded. Every article directory needs unique content in the article bodies, but that’s not all. In order to get your backlinks to stick, you need different author names, as well as different titles, and different resources boxes to go along with the unique content. Trying to do that manually is like walking from New York to California.
